I managed to lose against the Vehement in one of my first tiny galaxy 5x crisis game and they occupied the entire galaxy with ease. Crisis expansion (for all 3 Crises) have been bugged since literally Day 1 of Stellaris. Somehow their failure to move their constructors managed to persist even after the change from 1.9 to 2.0 changed everything about movement; as persistent bugs go, it's impressive.. 11 grams to teaspoons
